FAQs: Sustainability Julita carefully source fabrics from suppliers and mills who support ethical practises. This includes sustainable certified Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS), Forestry Stewardship Council (FSC) approved fabrics, vegan plant based and recycled fabrics.
The option of a sustainable non-plastic alternative sequin fabric is not yet available, however Julita closely follows market leaders working to develop biodegradable sequin options. Until then a free consultation is offered, where sequin gowns can be restyled to be worn again, beyond the ceremony.
